This page is dedicated to the rather intense job we did for LaCrosse School. The building was just re-roofed
less than 5 yrs. before. The "shinglers" that did the re-roof, did not tackle the Cupola details. That is simply
the way it goes nowadays. So we got the call to see about the leaks they were experiencing.
Well there was no cure that would not involve a
complete repair of the cupola. Even the the top of the cupola was not shingled correctly. So we had issues with new details
that were caused by the contractor they had chosen. Along with the issues an old structure creates. There was some
serious cleaning too---- pressure washing, scraping, and pounds of birds nest and rotted wood.
At the end of the project we brought in R.S. Cadwell
Painting Company to put on the best paint & primer to provide for less future maintenance.
